Mushrooms and au ju came out well. Tasty. But the cashew cheese sauce didn't taste like cheese. The broth (auju) and cheeze didn't work well together. I used unsweetened coconut milk mixed with almond yogurt as a substitute for the coconut yogurt. Could that be it.

Broth, you mean broth; not au ju which fyi is jus.

Thanks. What I mean is that the taste that the au jus gave to the mushrooms did not go well with the cheeze sauce. Thanks for the correction.
