Easy stir fry - I’d probably double the sauces for more flavor but it’s still good as is. My Thai basil plant is overflowing so I was looking for a way to use it up. Made with shredded tofu and spread it on the pan and let it sit for a min a couple times so it would get more crispy. Overall an easy stir fry, though I probably would choose other fav recipes unless I had Thai basil I wanted to use up.
