It was good but overly spiced IMO. Next time I’ll cut garlic by half and use sage and thyme in smaller measures. Maybe it was just my italian seasoning, but rosemary dominated the dish. On the super plus side, the pork was perfectly cooked and super juicy. My German hubby loved it!! It’s easy and clean-up is easier due to foil wrapping. A do-over with the spice changes will be perfect.
