I suggest making sure the broccoli has been drained and dried. It makes the dish a little soggy and extra water sits at the bottom.
The chicken was a little tough still post boil, I used my ninja blender to break it apart by pulsing. It did a little more than shred so if you don’t care by all means use the blender. It’s quicker.
I am going to try this with 1/2-1 inch cubed chicken though.
I also wanna try drying the broccoli in the oven prior to adding to make the drying process quicker. Youll get the moistness from the boiled chicken.
Flavor was good, however it was mild. I plan to add more seasoning.
While making this, I thought this could just be a dip. Just cook the chicken more thoroughly and omit the egg.
