This recipe wasn’t for me. I found the flavor to be a bit one note, and ended up adding thyme and ancho chili powder after the fact. Even with those additions, I don’t think I would make it again. However, the recipe was very easy and quick! Good for folks on a time crunch who aren’t too picky flavor wise.
Note: added breadcrumbs to the top for texture, sautéed onions and garlic before adding to mix. Seasoned chicken before cooking.
