Yeah you need to soak the beans overnight which means it's not a last-minute meal but man this is some good soup. Very hearty and filling. Love the creamy bean flavor and mouthfeel with the occasional pop of sausage is great. If you're going to make this for leftovers or meal prep, chard is a must, but even kale will work and not get soggy over the next few days.
Warning though. A couple days of eating this will give you gas like you have never imagined. Your gas will have gas.
