As you can see I ate a bunch of it before thinking to take a photo. It was pretty good! I run a lot and there are some days when I want a BIG feed so this is for those days. All the other reviews are spot on, to boost the flavor I did half an onion and a few cloves of garlic, some fresh chilis, and cooked the beef in that same pan because I didn’t have one big enough for everything. I cooked the pasta in the chicken stock and tomatoes separately, though I did find the pasta stuck a lot so lots of stirring was necessary. When I combined everything it was still sticking but this got better when I added the cheese. Extra dry spice, lots, including dried onion and garlic, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. I also used four scallions instead of two. The result was really nice and a lot like hamburger helper 😁
Next time I think more tomato would be nice, maybe two cans.
