Completely rich and amazing! I love mochi but I've never made it at home because it always seems so labor intensive. This was easy peasy. It seemed a little greasy at the end, so when I cut up the pieces I put them on paper towels and that seemed to soak up the excess. Very custard pie forward with a mochi texture. Soft and chewy
