Bland, so very very bland. I can see where these could be amazing but veer away from the recipe and add seasoning, Old Bay would have been great. The Paprika included with the recipe just wasn't enough, even with salt and pepper. I'll try them again probably but will absolutely be adding a lot of extra seasoning.
