I changed the recipe a bit. I used chorizo instead of bacon. Moreover, after putting the corn and the butter in, I also added 2 sliced roma tomatoes. Finally, it is garnished with some spring onions (green part). It came out so good, I absolutely recommend it with some crunchy bread.
