This was a practice run before baking it next week for my son's 14th birthday. This will be my go to for chocolate cake and icing. I'm not even a chocolate cake fan, nor do I really like icing, but this is phenomenal! I did substitute 1 cup of sugar with brown sugar for the cake as another review recommended. Everything else, I did as listed in the recipe. Next time, I plan to add cinnamon to the mix to give it a delicious kick!
