4/5⭐️ I usually don't like cooked kale but had some not-so-fresh kale I had to use up. This was not bad! Added some onions, bok choy and garlic powder too. If cooking big batches, start with less soy sauce and ginger as kale can wilt down from a huge bunch to just a few mouthfuls. Maybe try adding some sugar or lemon if it tastes bitter.
