I prepared tofu instead of chicken. I added some much needed veggies (red pepper, leek, mangetout, onion and carrot; all diced), pan fried before and whilst preparing the tofu. Prepared the orange sauce with two oranges and a two tablespoons of cornflour instead of one. Ended up adding a whole cup of water to balance the thickness of the sauce out. I also served it with egg noodles and everyone loved it. I’ll definitely be making it again.
