It was okay. Decent flavors, but I probably should have patted the zucchini dry a little. The icing came out way too runny.

Yeah it is, I dip the cupcakes into it it does harden up a little. I poor the leftover over the top of the loaf while it was still in the pan then let it firm up in the frig for bit
