My custom version:
1. Cook 2 cups of rice in 2 cups of chicken broth
2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Sauté 1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of onion powder for about a minute.
4. Add cooked rice, 3 more tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 can of precooked canned chicken.
5. Stir.
