This is a great option for last minute pizza or feeding a crowd. I used a half sheet baking pan and should have reduced the time a little (the edges were burnt at 25 min at 550). Would do again and check at 20 min. I was skeptical with the cheese under the sauce but it works! Next time I’d probably add some flavoring to the dough as I found it a little bland - garlic powder or other spices on the pan itself while stretching out the dough. It makes a TON so I’m slicing and freezing the rest for future pizza cravings!
