Great pizza that is best suited for your home oven. Requires very little work and provides amazing results! Also, this pizza is topping-friendly, so go wild!

For the Dough
For the Sauce

Olive oil
for oiling the pan

1 x 800 grcan of crushed tomatoes
good quality

1 tspdried garlic

2 tspdried oregano

2 tspsalt

1 tspsugar

2 tspchilli flakes

For the Dough
Step 1
Pour the water into a mixer bowl / large bowl. Add the yeast and let it bloom for a few minutes
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients, and knead in a mixer with the hook attachment / knead it by hand for 5 minutes until the dough is strong
Step 3
Cover and let it rest in room temperature for 2.5 hours
Step 4
Oil the sheet pan liberally - this prevents the dough from sticking to the pan (ask me how I know!) You can season the oil with salt, garlic powder or any other seasoning - before putting the dough on top of it - adds more flavor!
Step 5
Take the dough out of the bowl and place it in the sheet pan, and spread it with your fingers; let it rest for 5 minutes and continue spreading until it covers the sheet pan completely
For the Sauce

Combine the crushed tomatoes with the spices
Step 7
Set aside until the dough is ready - can be done while the dough proves
Baking the Pizza

Preheat the oven to its hottest setting - 550f/275c. Don't worry if your oven doesn't go that high - just bake it longer!
Step 9
Place the mozarella slices on the dough, side by side, until they cover the entire dough
Step 10
Spread the sauce on top of the cheese
Step 11
Place any topping you'd like - sliced pepperoni, chili peppers, olives, spices etc.

Sprinkle the ground parmesan cheese on top of the tomatoes and toppings
Step 13
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Step 14
Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
