Makes leftovers

It was really good! I love the flavors of it, and the almond crust was really good! Just a warning: I had lots of filling leftover for some reason, but I just made it into a scramble. Not sure how I feel about the texture of the Turkey bacon though, I get the flavor, but next time I might just go for regular bacon or ham to get the texture I wanted.

I've found that I'd you cook turkey bacon in a pregreased skillet (like Pam spray) it will crisp the bacon and improve the texture.
