I’m not sure what went wrong but the meatballs would not stay together. I think it was the fact I didn’t use any ground turkey, just ground beef? So if you are planning on skipping the turkey, add an egg and a tad more breadcrumbs. That seemed to do the trick. Also it was super onion heavy but I think that’s normal for Salisbury steak? Anyway the taste was great!

I combined two recipes I believe. Used the meatball recipe from one and the sauce recipe from this one. Should have noted that for myself. I bet if I follow this one exactly it’d be really good. Sauce was great. Going to make it this week
