Super easy; I used a grocery rotisserie chicken but I often make whole chickens in my Ninja Foodie so will help handle leftovers. I nixed the parsley (felt it would be too much in the way of the fresh veg) and went with herbs de Provence. Yum. Also used half the butter, added little olive, white wine, to build my rue. Also no need to whisk stock in, just add a little at a time and stir until the flour absorbs it. Simmered for a good bit to thicken BEFORE adding the half half w heat off. My biscuits browned up nicely in about 20 minutes so keep an eye on them.
