We enjoyed the dish but too.much soy sauce for me. Next time I will replace some of the soy with mixing or rice vinegar to cut the salt/soy flavor. I loved the ginger in the meatballs,stood up well to the sauce.
Others said the meatballs crumbled but if coated well with cornstarch a light cryst will form. The meatballs should be cooked through before added to sauce, just add back to sauce right as it finishes thickening.
