I wanted enough sauce to accommodate 2 19 Oz cans of beans and a whole head of roasted cauliflower, so I added about 3/4 of a cup of chicken broth as well as 1 additional tablespoon of garam masala, a couple tablespoons of green Thai curry paste and about a teaspoon of cayenne for some kick. My fiancee said it's perfect and not to change a thing, but I can't say for sure as I'm stuffed up and cannot smell or taste a thing haha! Very easy and quick to make, though. I will be making this again, especially when I can taste it ;)
