Delicious! The only problem was the tomato puree was never listed in the ingredients. I just used a small can of it that I had on hand. I also did both rosemary and thyme instead of just one or the other.l along with two bay leaves. I also added Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and extra soy sauce at the end. The meat was super tender. I was skeptical because I didn't think there was enough liquid being added to the stew but it made its own during the braising process and turned out amazing.
