Easy recipe, I ended up slow cooking about a lb or 2 of chuck roast and shredding it instead of using ground beef and it came out bomb. I didn't have the specific tortillas the recipe called for so I used mission flour tortillas and baked my taquitos at 400 for like 30mins and they were nice and crispy and served it with sour cream and the signature select restaurant style salsa (never had it before but it was very tasty) and I loved it. Went heavy on the seasonings too because the amount it recommended was no way enough for me but to each their own 😁
