These are amazing!!
I added 1/2 teas of bread improver with normal flour. Could definitely make a day prior and warm to serve, and be super fresh. Could also make more, but smaller rolls. Using a bread maker makes this effortless.
Next time, to have ready for breakfast, try baking for half the time, remove, cool and cover. They’ll be risen, puffed but still pale.
In the morning, return rolls to pre-heated oven for remainder of time, and finish as usual, to serve warm and fresh.
