Good, dense, a little too dark. I halved this recipe. Used 2 cups fresh milled unsifted flour, 1 c store bought to make it a little lighter. Also added a smear of butter before spreading raisins, & added Nutmeg w the cinnamon. Not done at 30 min but brown so put foil on it & continued for another 10-13 min. Temped bread again after that & it was done. Turned out darker brown than norm in little trailer oven. Maybe cook at 375?
