I didn’t have the flour and yeast the recipe asks for so used Parmesan cheese and almond flour instead and it was good. The cauliflower did not get crispy and the ingredients don’t stick to them as much as I thought it would, it was more like cauliflower with toasty crumbs, which is fine by me.
I doubled the recipe to make the whole head of cauliflower and there was barely any left after 3 people ate it.
I would do it again.
