i doubled this recipe and added a diced onion as well. i used coconut aminos instead of the soy sauce (and a few tablespoons of rice vinegar) and i used 3 tablespoons of sriracha and 3 tablespoons of frank’s red hot i also added ginger and black sesame seeds to top. my family loved it. we have tried nearly every version of egg roll in a bowl and these modifications made it our favorite yet.
