aw, I'm sorry about that! it worked for me. be careful not to roll it out too thin, dust everything with plenty flour, and be careful with the amount of water in the dough. it doesn't need a lot.

If your dough is ripping you may have it too warm, try poping it in the fridge for 30 minutes, and or working it on a cold surface (stone counters if you have them or a stone cutting board or a metal baking dish)alternatively if the dough was crumbly you may have been light on water, or the dough could have been over worked. I would say give it another go! Dumpling dough can be a little tricky, but it is so worth it!
