Dish was great. Did it all one-pot. I upped the cream cheese to about 1/3 of an 8 oz block and saved about a 1/3 cup of pasta water to really thicken up the sauce. Used a premade Cajun seasoning I made that had more cayenne and it was perfect for the dish. Also I simmered for probably about 10 min more than the recipe and excluded the green onions. I would definitely recommend it.
