The only reason I was able to save this recipe is because I know how to cook. I had to tweak the recipe so much I basically made my own recipe. When I followed the instructions, it tasted like shrimp tomato soup. Instead, I use the same seasonings, except I added way less tomato puree and a lot more coconut milk. Basically switch the ratios. I also added about a teaspoon of curry powder and let it cook down in addition to the seasonings. Also it needs a pinch of sugar and a lot of salt and some pepper. I don't know what was going on with this recipe, but I'm glad I was able to save it. Do not recommend.
