Added some coconut milk to thicken the sauce.
Also, not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but in the US chorizo at every grocery store I've been to is NOT what this recipe calls for. Apparently what we get that's just labeled chorizo is sometimes referred to as fresh chorizo or Mexican chorizo, and this is Spanish chorizo. At grocery stores near me, this would be labeled as andouille or smoked sausage.
Anyway, this is something we've run into a few times with recipes on the app. If made with "fresh" chorizo, this would be a very different dish.
