So delicious! I didn't have cornflour so I subbed with self raising flour. (the same for the cornflour slurry, I just guessed it and added 1 tbsp flour with 1/2 cup water- it worked). I did add a few more tbsp of flour on the chicken coating than it said, I saw I needed more to coat all the chicken.
