Notes:
*20g gelatin is approximately 5tsp.
*From 5 oranges I got 380ml juice, with sugar and water, it was enough to fill in 7 orange halves. If you'd like to use all 10 halves, then add 100ml juice(store-bought or fresh) more and additional 1tsp gelatin. So the proportion will be
480ml juice,
24g gelatine,
140g water,
35g sugar
*When adding sugar to the juice, taste it and adjust if needed.
*use fish gelatine for vegetarian and halal options.
