This turned out amazing! I used two boneless center
cut pork chops that I brined for 1 hr in a solution of 2
cups water and 2 tbsp kosher salt. Would brine a bit
more next time.
Made the full sauce recipe for the glaze. The only
thing I changed was to use 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1
tbsp honey. I used this dry pork rub(cut recipe in
half and didn't use the salt since I brined the
pork)..
PORK RUB
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 1/4 tsp salt (cooking/kosher salt, Note 2)
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
I seared them in a cast iron skillet with some butter
and evoo until nice and browned and then I put the
glaze all over it and finished in oven.
