Not a bad recipe. I l liked it though I'm not sure if it hit the note of Sesame Chicken for me. Definitely had some Asian flavors just not Sesame.
I actually made the rice a bit before hand and put it on a sheetpan to dry it out about an hour before hand on the fridge toake fried rice as the sauce thickened.
