My family loved this meal, it will be perfect for colder months. I have a very fussy 8 and 9 uear year old who both turn their nose up at everything and she loved it. Used peanut butter instead of almond butter as couldn't find it on food shop and apple sage fresh sausages instead.
My partner loved it and I made his with rice. Really tasty and meat very tender. The sauce and all the flavours together were just scrumptious.
Don't have a slow cooker so used my le creuset and put it in for about 2 hours at 160°. I added lots of spice and tobasco to mine and hubby's serving.
