Really good start. Instead of sesame seeds I used a bit of sesame oil. After adding 3 tbsp of water it was still too thick. I also juiced in ¼ lime, added a tsp of light soy sauce, and a heaping ½ tsp of chili garlic sauce. It was the perfect consistency to dip air fried tofu. I plan on tossing the rest with some noodles and veggies tomorrow for lunch! 😋
