A tasty, straightforward meal to cook. To make it simpler, I just used ginger paste and a couple of cloves of garlic in place of the handmade garlic and ginger paste. I also replaced the tomatoes with tomato puree (1tbsp per tomato in the recipe).
I used half the amount of water and cooked it uncovered, which makes me think the recipe is made for dried peas? Nonetheless it came out well and I'll definitely make it again.
