Yum! Yum! YUM!! These chops are great! So flavorful and rather easy to make. We used a pork loin and cut it into four thick chops, which was the best choice. They cooked faster than expected(about 16 minutes in the oven total) but didn't get over cooked. Paired with Mashed Potatoes this dish is an instant hit.
