My whole family loved this, my brother in law actually thought it was chicken! I used Talapia and Salmon, and kept the recipe the same otherwise. I highly recommend using the coconut milk it is what really makes this dish. I also used lime wedges as garnish and a little squeeze really gave it that bright, fresh taste. If you don't like spicy just use a little less chili or jalapeno but honestly I put a good amount of spice in probably more than the recipe called for and the coconut milk really cools down the spice to a pleasant warmth, just how we like it.
