Fantastically easy and a great (and healthy) home made curry. My wife said she loved it and I liked it a lot, I left the lid off after cooking and it wasn’t runny at all. I think next time I’m going to add a bit more heat but I will check with my wife first. Personally I’d also double the spinach to give it a real saag feel.
Regardless of anything this is a great substitute for a take away - cheaper, healthier and no effort to make and reheats better than the first time. Thank you Healthyfitbella!
