Slow Cooker Beef Curry
For a bigger depth of flavour brown off your beef and then fry onion, garlic and ginger before adding to the slow cooker. Tastes great too just throwing it all in when we don't have time.

Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker except for the spinach and mango, cook for 4 hours high or 6 hours low.
Step 2
Add in spinach and mango chutney, take lid off and cook on high for 30 mins.
Step 3
Serve with rice and naan bread. I love a dollop of creme fraiche too:)
