Mine turned out pretty good but i feel like it isn’t as smooth as shown in the video. I heated it up three times in the microwave but it just lost some liquid. Did I hear it up to often or did I make a mistake while kneading ? .. maybe I just need a little bit of practice. nevertheless it’s a pretty solid recipe!

I’m happy you liked it! If you have a thermometer make sure the cheese reaches the temperature indicated in the recipe, it should be smooth when it reaches that temperature 🥰
