The original website obviously posted the wrong picture to accompany the recipe . I flattened boneless chicken thighs so that they would have more area to take the coating and the breading. I also sprinkled with some sunflower seeds for an additional Crunch and nutty flavor. The chicken was very flavorful and moist.
