This smoothie has good flavor and the texture the oats give it is a nice change from my normal smoothie. The cinnamon really pops! The recipe makes a small to medium amount, maybe the equivalent of a small bowl of oatmeal, so if all you have for breakfast is a smoothie, you may be left wanting. It is surprisingly good! I used low cal maple syrup and unsweetened almond butter in leu of peanut butter. I wouldn't make it during the week with all the ingredients and measuring it calls for, but I'll make it again on a weekend morning. I also added a little bit of protein powder and some ice. A new go-to for me!
