Instead of making the cream cheese icing I did a plain glaze. I made these with my friends, and they turned out delicious!! I was also able to use a 8x8 glass baking dish without issue. When letting the dough rise, I just put the bowl in a warm oven (170F) and they rose in about 30 minutes.
