Followed this recipe for the koftas and yoghurt dressing. But forgot the fresh coriander in the koftas. Didn’t seem to make a big difference and the one teaspoon of cayenne wasn’t too much for us. Served these in homemade flatbreads with a tomato and red onion salad dressed with ev olive oil and a little seasoning. Just delicious although be prepared to get a bit messy when eating. Ate only 4 of the koftas this recipe made. Will make these again once the ones frozen for another day have been eaten.
