Tastes great; sauce a bit runny. I’m not going to lie, I licked my plate clean for what may be the first time in my life. Ideally next time I’d have a bit of bread handy, or use a thicker cream. I used whipping cream but heavy cream probably better.
The crispy bits on the chicken from pan-frying it first made the recipe.
