Notes:
*You can substitute pecans with walnuts.
*You can use a whisk instead of a mixer, it may take a bit longer.
*I used heavy-duty cupcake cases (Bottom Dia.) x (Up Dia.) x (H ) 50 x 65 x 40mm / 1.97 x 2.56 x 1.57 inch (appr.) If you will use a regular one, then place them in a muffin tin.
*With this size of cupcake cases I made 11 cupcakes. If you use a larger one, then you will make less.
*Fill only 2/3 of the cupcake cases with batter, as they rise really well.
